I decided to get my brushes out, not done one for a while and not tried acrylics before… four hours later I’d managed this which I’m quite happy with.

  2. Nice picture, John. It’s been years since I did much painting. I used to work with oils then switched to acrylics when the smell of the oil and thinners started to really bother me. I often wish I had time to do some painting again and I commend you for making time for it. How did you like the acrylics?
